The discography of Trivium, an American heavy metal band formed in 1999,[1] consists of five studio albums, one demo, eight singles, and fifteen music videos. Trivium signed with German label Lifeforce Records and released their full-length debut, Ember to Inferno, in October 2003, with a lineup that included vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy, bassist Brent Young, and drummer Travis Smith.[1]
The band then signed with Roadrunner Records for their next release.[1] Before they recorded their second album, Young was replaced by bassist Paolo Gregoletto, and Corey Beaulieu joined as the band's second guitarist. The follow-up Ascendancy appeared in March 2005, peaking at number four on the Top Heatseekers chart.[2] In 2006, they released their third studio album, The Crusade, which peaked at number seven on UK Albums Chart. The band's fourth release, Shogun, appeared in September 2008, peaking at number twenty-three on the Billboard 200 chart.[2] The band are set to release their fifth studio album, In Waves, on August 9 with new drummer Nick Augusto, after the band's decision to fire Travis Smith.
